This module is based on the Chicago & North Western yard in downtown La Crosse, WI as it appeared in 1962. The module includes the C&NW Depot, Freight House and team tracks. It is designed as a 20 foot long scene using five 4 foot modules, but could be expanded by adding additional sections in the middle. The prototype used the main line for a switch lead as this yard was a stub end yard.

The above is the proposed track plan for the module. This closely resembles the prototype except for moving La Crosse St. further up the yard throat and removing the crossovers to the left of Pine St. This then provides a full 10' runaround for incoming trains. I also extended the center track to the end of the module so if needed this module could have modules connected at both ends.

This module is listed as in construction as the modules themselves have been ordered and should arrive some time in late January, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates.
